Future North Star Stickers
This durable vinyl sticker commemorates one of the stars of Earth’s great precession cycle: Deneb is a Super Blue Giant and will be Earth’s North Star in 9800 CE. Its magnitude is 1.25. In Western astronomy, Deneb is the bright star in the tail of the Swan (Cygnus) constellation. In Eastern mythology, Deneb is understood to be a bridge of magpies across the Milkyway, reuniting two lovers in the famous Qi Xi story. Within the Jump!Star world, Deneb is both forces at once. Always in motion, it is both the bridge and the swan. It is both connecting the lovers and finding its way back to love…

These burbs may be hollow, but they’re chock-full o’ pathos (worst coffee sequel ever, btw). Glassy, smooth glaze everywhere but for the little belly, which is hand-burnished for extra softness (and so it doesn’t stick to the kiln). You know what they say…A bird in the hand feels really kind of nice.

Designed with somatic comfort and fidgeting tendencies in mind, Stormwalkers also feel really good in your hands. The faces of the tiles are glazed smooth as glass, the sides of have been hand-burnished and the bottoms have a natural, unpolished texture.

Another of many pandemic lessons:
