This star has historically been associated through its Latin name with donkeys and through its Arabic name with hyenas - creatures less known for their grace than for their charm - and Boots is in the same boat. This durable vinyl sticker commemorates one of the stars of Earth’s great precession cycle: IOTA CEPHEI, aka IOTA is an Orange Giant star with a magnitude of 3.5 and will be our North Star in 5200 CE. Compared to our other eventual North Stars, not much is written about Iota, so within the Jump!Star Universe, we characterize this star as a Familiar Mystery. It is represented as a grouping of human heads or faces, because we as humans remain somewhat mysterious or unknowable, even to ourselves.
